on-line as an international learning project offers new ways of access to multimedia learning for people with special education needs (SEN) in the field of vocational learning and long live learning. A new learning culture has to be developed especially for those young people who have difficulties in learning.
The chance to use multimedia techniques without barriers enables people with SEN to understand learning as part of life quality. This life quality must be fostered and deepened throughout their life - regardless of whether they need assistance or not.
This important aspect of new learning ways was developed and evaluated in cooperation between learner and mentor.
on-line offers a course program to train the facilitators, trainers and mentors in order to work with people with special educational needs.
on-line offers formations of mentors, facilitators and learners to look for other learning partners:
on-line tries to promote the exchange of knowledge, skills and experience amongst the target group as well as amongst the partners. Last not least, we try to promote the integration of our new EU partners Latvia and the Czech Republic.
